How this is built

West Africa Casinos does one thing. It asks every bookmaker on the Gaming Commission of Ghana register the same 18 questions, counts the ones each leaves unanswered, and puts it in one of four bands. There is no score, no order inside a band, and no editorial opinion about who is best.

What we have not done

Nobody here has opened an account, deposited, withdrawn or timed a payout at any bookmaker on this register. Where a page quotes a payout speed it is quoting what the operator publishes, or a figure a third party reported, and it says which. A desk that has not held a stopwatch does not get to write as though it has, and two publications in this market had straplines rewritten for exactly that.

We also hold no complaints file, no dispute record and no enforcement data. Nothing on this site alleges that any named company withheld any named person’s money, because we have nothing that would support such a claim and repeating one we cannot support would be the most damaging thing a site like this can do.

How it makes money

Some outbound links pay a commission when somebody opens an account. Every page carrying one discloses it above the first link. The band is a count and there is no field in it a payment could touch.

The pages where that matters most carry no commercial links at all. The responsible gambling page has none. The lottery page links outward to the draw authority and earns nothing from it.

The model, stated once

Every registered book, sorted into four tiers by a stated rule rather than by a decimal place.

Those five weights decide which questions get asked and how many of them fall under each heading. They do not produce a published order, for the reason set out on the page about it: the registered books cover a span of 5 on a scale of ten and seven books of them sit inside a single step of each other.

Corrections

Every number on this site is computed from a shared fact base at build time. A correction is made once, in the record, and lands on every page that reads it on the next build. That is not tidiness: eight review pages on a sibling publication in this network shipped stating positions their own tables contradicted, because the prose had been typed and the table had not.

Three things on this site are written by hand rather than computed, and they are kept together so they can be counted: one paragraph and one stated limitation per bookmaker, five argued pages under the rules, and the reason each margin figure cannot be compared with the next. Everything else is derived.

No, and no page here says otherwise. Nobody at this desk has deposited, withdrawn or timed a payout at any operator on this register. Every figure on this site is something an operator or a third party published, and the payout figures in particular are quoted as claims rather than as measurements.
What do you do when the data is wrong?
The correction goes into the fact base and every page recomputes. Nothing on this site states a band, a count or a ranking in prose that a template could work out, precisely so that a fix lands everywhere at once rather than on whichever page somebody remembers.
