What could be recovered came from archived copies of its own pages, which is how the licensee, the licence number and a genuine pre-match price feed reached this record. Everything from that source carries its date, and the licence in particular is a 2023 reading of a permit Ghana renews annually. The finding worth an editorial line is in 22Bet’s own responsible gambling block: three other African markets each get a named local helpline, and Ghana is grouped with a list of countries pointed at an international service instead. That is the operator’s own copy, and it matches what is true here.
