Melbet’s Ghana contacts page lists a messaging channel and a bot, and no phone number, no email address and no chat widget a logged-out visitor can see. That is unusual enough to be the defining fact about the brand here, and it is why three support questions on this sheet are unanswered rather than merely thin. Its licence numbers look contradictory across sources and are not: Ghana issues an annual provisional permit, so the numbers are successive years and the current one is on the operator’s own footer. Two things belong beside each other on this book and neither is comfortable alone. Its terms reserve an explicit right to cut a named individual’s stakes and odds with no notice and no reason. Casino Guru, which actually adjudicates disputes, rates it above average and records that most complaints against it were resolved or rejected rather than left open.
